Sales Tax Policy

We are required to collect state sales taxes for most states at rates which are set by each state, county and local municipality as determined by the zip code where you receive delivery.

If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on your checkout pages unless an exemption is requested and the order is placed as stated above.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to populate before calling in to inquire. Your tracking number is sent to you once your order has been shipping. you can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by putting your tracking number into the carrier’s shipment tracking page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

US customers, you can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-28 hours for the tracking number to repopulate. Shipping confirmations are sent out in the morning and afternoon on the day the order ships out.

International customers, you can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping confirmation to be updated.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing or your shipping method. There is a small time window after placing the order that we may be able to cancel the order or modify the shipping address.

WHY DO I NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

If you order a single Face Shield®, we ship letter-rate so you will not have tracking.

  • All other orders will have a tracking confirmation sent to your email.
  • Please check your order confirmation and make sure you have specified the correct email
  • Next, please check your junk/spam folder in your inbox
  • Please understand we send you two emails the first is a confirmation email of receipt
  • The second is the shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that will be active within 48 hours, as there can be delays with our shipping carriers technology.

HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?

Not happy with your AlphaDefenseGear.com product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Items must be unworn and still have packaging intact.
*We will not process refunds for items without packaging intact*

RE-SHIP PROCEDURE

For our Domestic Alpha Defense Team Members, please allow

20 business days before you do the following:

  • Invalid Address: If your address has been determined to be invalid, we will need you to verify your address. A fee may be incurred if we have to adjust your address and reship your package.
  • Dead Letter: If the tracking number shows “Dead Letter”, no worries! We will reship your order at no cost to you.
  • Missing or Incorrect Item: If you were missing an item, received the wrong item or wrong size, no worries! We will send you a return label to have the issue resolved at no cost to you.

For our International Alpha Defense Team Members, please allow

20 business days before you do the following:

  • Tracking to Country: If you paid for this shipping method, we will need your package to be returned to us before being able to reship the order. A fee may be incurred if we reship your order. Please see International Shipping Policy and Link below:
  • Priority and Express: If you have not received your package and the shipping address is incomplete or invalid, please contact us to verify your shipping address. If changes to the address need to be made, a fee may be incurred to reship the order. If you haven’t received your package and we have not received the package back, and it has been 20 business days, we will reship your package at no cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only be able to reship an International Order once.

REFUND PROCEDURE

  • If the tracking number shows updates, we will ONLY be able to refund product cost.
  • If the tracking number never updates, we will issue a FULL REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE: Domestic customers must wait 20 business days from the last scan. International customers must wait 20 business days from the last scan.

ALPHA will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. This will include all orders we get from Sunday through Thursday (excluding any Holidays). Orders received on Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday. ALPHA can not control the arrival of the package once it leaves the facility at Boca Raton, Florida. We do however post a tracking number once the item leaves our facility.

Priority Shipping 1-3 Business Days

Priority orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of your order. This will include all orders we get from Sunday through Thursday(excluding any Holidays). Orders received on Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday. We do however post a tracking number once the item leaves our facility.

First Class Shipping 2-5 Business Days / West Coast up to 7 Business Days 

First Class orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of your order. This will include all orders we get from Sunday through Thursday(excluding any Holidays). Orders received on Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday. We do however post a tracking number once the item leaves our facility.

HOW DO WE HANDLE BACK ORDERS?

Due to high volume of orders we very rarely will be out of stock of an item. We will notify you by email or phone if this occurs with an estimate ship date of the Back ordered product.

International Shipping +

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

For international orders, you will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Select the shipping method that best meets your needs. Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations. Please Note: Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery days at the time of checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally but please note that customs can be extremely difficult to work with and duties/taxes may be charged. Please review all information on our international shipping policy so you fully understand your country’s logistic behavior.

FACE SHIELDS® and COVID-19

The CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Alpha Defense Gear FACE SHIELD® tubular bandanas are not manufactured to and do not prevent bacteria or viruses.

Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

The cloth face coverings recommended are not surgical masks or N-95 respirators. Those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance.

  • Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise on ALPHADEFENSEGEAR.com only.
  • Gift cards don’t expire or decrease in value if unused.
  • Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases. Gift card balances can’t be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Gift cards can not be returned or canceled after purchase.
  • Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
